Main street businesses look forward to working with new SBA head, Carranza

Main Street looks forward to a focus on small business priorities from Jovita Carranza

On Jovita Carranza’s confirmation to lead the Small Business Administration today, Main Street Alliance Senior Government Relations Manager Renée Johnson had this to say:

"Main Street business owners are looking forward to working with Jovita Carranza as the head of the Small Business Administration, and hopeful that she will elevate the needs of small business owners, particularly for women and minority owned businesses.

From access to capital, technical resources and startup support, small business owners’ needs have been left out of the current administration's policies. With Carranza being the new permanent head of the Small Business Administration after nearly a year with an acting administrator, Main Street Alliance is ready to support her focus on small business priorities."
